Schematic Engineering Industries (SEI)Isolator Half Suits are designed to provide a safe, comfortable and highlyflexible operator interface for pharmaceutical, biotechnology and othercontrolled process applications where personnel require extended access into anisolator or containment chamber.
Manufactured from tough, lightweightneoprene, the half suit combines excellent flexibility with the mechanicaldurability required for repeated production, cleaning and decontaminationcycles. Alternative suit materials, including butyl, can also be supplied tomeet specific process, chemical compatibility or customer requirements.
The design provides excellent freedom ofmovement while maintaining the pressure integrity of the isolator system. Aclear, flexible 360° hood provides excellent all-round visibility, while thetwin-layer body and upper-arm construction maintains wearer headspace and helpsprevent the suit from collapsing against the operator when used within apositive-pressure chamber.
Particular attention has been given to operatorergonomics, ventilation, glove replacement, high-wear protection and ease ofdecontamination, making the SEI Isolator Half Suit suitable for demandingapplications where operator access, product protection and reliable containmentare critical.

SEI Isolator Half Suits are suitable forapplications requiring extensive operator reach and controlled access intoenclosed processing environments while maintaining separation between personneland the controlled process area. The half-suit configuration is particularlyadvantageous for larger isolators where conventional glove ports alone cannotprovide sufficient operator reach.
