Schematic Engineering Industries Celebrates a Successful Pharma Pro & Pack Expo 2026

Over the three-day exhibition, the SEI engineering and technical sales team enjoyed a constant stream of visitors seeking advanced containment systems for pharmaceutical manufacturing, high-potency API production and aseptic processing applications. Numerous technical discussions centred around operator protection, product containment, cross-contamination prevention and compliance with the latest GMP and Annex 1 requirements, reflecting the industry's continued investment in safer and more efficient manufacturing facilities.

Particular interest was shown in SEI's comprehensive range of containment isolators, glove box systems, sampling isolators, dispensing booths, weighing and dispensing stations, powder transfer systems, Rapid Transfer Port (RTP) solutions, containment enclosures, cleanroom equipment, and fully customised containment systems. Visitors were keen to discuss projects involving potent compounds, sterile manufacturing, cytotoxic products, hormone processing and other applications where operator safety and product integrity are critical.

The exhibition provided an excellent opportunity for SEI to demonstrate its expertise in delivering complete containment solutions, from concept design and risk assessment through to 3D engineering, fabrication, automation, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and validation support. Customers were particularly impressed by SEI's ability to engineer bespoke systems tailored to individual production processes while achieving the highest standards of containment performance, ergonomics and operational efficiency.

Several exciting enquiries were received for both new pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities and expansion projects, including integrated isolator installations, automated material transfer systems, aseptic processing equipment and customised glove box solutions.
