The Sack Discharge Station is typically used for manually loading of 15-25Kg bags of powder into the integral storage tank. It is sited next to a conveyor where the operator removes the bag from the conveyor and loads the Material loading station accordingly.

The volume of the tank is typically 150L, 300L, 500L, and 1000L capacity.

The height and size operation of the loading station is designed to suit the clients application/process line.

This system typically accommodates 50-60 bags/hour loading.

The system is also available as a dual loading station (in a back to back configuration)
