Our TipBox TIP1195 model is a FLC and ideal for many applications, especially preforms, caps and closures handling in the drinks/bottling sector. It is designed to improve handling efficiency, save costs and reduce packaging waste in line with the trend from the global logistic packaging industry.
The height of the folding large container is optimised for 2500mm (2.5m) high transport/waggons, therefore maximising the FLC payload on the outward journey. Click here to see the video of FLCs loading onto a waggon.
The TIP1195 has a 1313 Litres (347 US Gals) capacity and a product reliability and high quality that is well proved in many hundreds of thousands of installations/uses around the world. It is offered, as standard, no drop down doors as it is primarily intended for tip dispensing. See Schematic FLCR (Rotator).
